How We Train
Have a friend, group of friends or partner you'd like to train with?
Group sessions are a fun affordable way to get into shape and loss weight at our boutique gym. Every participant, in all of our classes, receives the support necessary to reach and exceed their fitness goals.
Classes are 45 min long and limited to 9 participants per session. We focus on proper form, positive reinforcement, and modifying movements to suit personal needs.
We track progress of every team training client through fitness tests appropriate to their personal fitness level and goals.
We also capture body composition improvements through images and measurements when appropriate.
Whether you're looking to lose weight or reclaim your pre-mom body, you'll achieve it faster through one-on-one personal training sessions in our boutique style gym.
