Dangerously fit is a functional movement class designed to improve the typical movements we perform in every-day life. Classes utilize beneficial combinations of functional movements, performed at high intensity, with a focus on speed, agility, range of motion, core strength, and flexibility. Classes vary daily so you never sweat through the same workout twice. Exercise intensity and range of motion can be modified to meet your ability, making dangerously fit suitable for all fitness levels.

Fit Fix 45

Fit fix 45 is a fast-paced high-intensity workout that may include brief intervals of sprints using your body or equipment such as stationary bikes blended with high volume resistance training. Perfect for those who are on a tight schedule.  Attendees will move with a sense of purpose and pack the equivalent of a typical 1-hour workout into 45 minutes.  Be prepared to sweat!

Fit Happens

This metabolic conditioning class speeds your metabolism for a higher calorie burn. You’ll strengthen your core, tighten your abs, tone your arms, legs and butt! Classes consist of a full-body workout containing resisted exercises such as rows, presses and squats followed by short, but intense, free body movements such as plyometric jumps, hops, punching, or squat jumps. We focus on technique, form, and controlled movements to tone the body and burn calories long after the workout is completed. You will leave feeling energized, mentally elevated, and on top of your game!

Metabolic training is a high intensity interval training (hiit) where intense exercises will be repeated in a circuit format with little to no rest to push the body to its absolute limit! This not only torches calories during your workout but depending on your fitness, also continues to burn more calories for up to 48 hours after you finish your workout!
